Review: Gourmet nut

This product was received in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

In this house we snack a lot. There seems to always be some sort of goodie in this house, might it be a baked good or something salty. Snacking is not a bad thing to do but sometimes if a diet consists of lots of baked goods and sweets there are certain repercussions, like the numbers on the scale might go up!

Gourmet Nut is a great improvement in my snacking habits. They sent me two bags of Trail Mix. They sent me the Power Up High Energy Trail Mix, this trail mix contains pineapple, banana chips, coconut, cranberries, walnuts, cashews, and papaya. I absolutely loved this trail mix! I loved the variety of fruit and nuts. It was indeed a good energy boost.

The second trail mix I got to try was the Antioxidant Mix. Loaded with raisin, dark chocolate, walnuts, blueberries, pecans, and cranberries. It was really hard to decide which healthy, all natural, gluten free product was better. They were both really tasty, the nuts in both mixes were delicious and plentiful. Usually trail mixes are loaded with raisins and a small amount of nuts. These trail mixes had a good ratio of all items and that was a great bonus in my eyes. The chocolate was delicious and perfectly paired. I’m not usually a dark chocolate fan but I found myself enjoying this snack and not needing to pick anything out!

I enjoy snacks where I do not have to worry about the ingredients and this snack is certainly one of them. I would buy these trail mixes, it was tasty, filling and healthy! Looking on their website I seen a lot of delicious looking product, I will definitely be looking into getting more!
